Save East Lake is incorporated as a non-profit 501(c)(4) Social Welfare organization.

While donations are not tax-deductible, funding is used to pay fees accumulated by our attorney and land use experts.  Printing of yard signs, flyers and mailers will also be funded by your donation.  Spending of funds is overseen and approved by our board of directors and as a not-for-profit organization we follow standard disclosure rules.

Your Donation Will:

• Help your neighbors!
• Protect your property value!
• Prevent tax increases due to loss of tax base! 
• Develop these properties as they should be!
  • One Home per two acres
  • No Moon-Scaping and razing the property
  • Homes must be sited to allow for a minimum amount of tree and green space removal.
  • No Filling of Natural Wetlands and replacing them with artificial ponds and swales.
  • Leave green space to support the existing wildlife (deer, gopher tortoises, wood storks, coyotes, fox, bobcat, spoonbills, bald eagles, osprey, hawks and more.
